By accessing or using the pluug.io platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pluug.io. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

pluug.io is a metasearch platform that aggregates publicly available cannabis product deals from various dispensary e-commerce platforms. The Service provides a curated marketplace where consumers can discover and compare deals from multiple dispensaries in jurisdictions where cannabis is legally permitted. We do not sell or fulfill any cannabis products directly; all transactions are processed and fulfilled by the respective dispensaries.

You may submit, upload, or contribute content to the Service (e.g., reviews, ratings, comments). By submitting content, you grant pluug.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content across the Service. You represent and warrant that your content is lawful, does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, and complies with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by pluug.io. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before proceeding.

pluug.io aggregates publicly available cannabis deal data from e-commerce platforms and presents it in a user-friendly marketplace. We do not alter or manipulate the original data. Product images, descriptions, and deal information are displayed as sourced from their respective platforms. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the timeliness or availability of aggregated data.

pluug.io does not handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions. All purchases, payments, and order fulfillment are managed by dispensaries and their respective e-commerce/POS providers. Our platform drives qualified traffic to dispensaries to increase their revenue.

pluug.io aggregates data efficiently and non-invasively, in accordance with applicable data protection and computer misuse laws. We space out requests to minimize impact on e-commerce platforms’ networks or servers, adhering to responsible data usage practices.

pluug.io aims to improve the shopping experience through an intuitive interface that simplifies discovering and comparing cannabis deals across dispensaries.

The cannabis deal data displayed is publicly accessible from e-commerce platforms. pluug.io does not bypass login credentials, circumvent technical measures, or violate access controls. We aggregate data in compliance with applicable terms of service and privacy policies, respecting the intellectual property of source platforms.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid medical cannabis card in jurisdictions where required by law to purchase or use cannabis-related products or services. In all cases, users must be at least 21 years of age to access or create an account on the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable cannabis laws. pluug.io may request proof of age or eligibility at our discretion. Our sole intention is to create an aggregated cannabis deal marketplace that enhances the shopping experience for consumers while driving qualified traffic and revenue to dispensaries.

All cannabis deal data displayed on pluug.io is attributed to its original source. A disclaimer, visible on every page displaying deal data, clarifies that we aggregate publicly available data and do not claim ownership of it.

pluug.io complies with the terms of service of platforms from which we aggregate data. If a platform prohibits aggregation, we will cease using its data upon notice. We engage in fair and responsible use of public data and seek future partnerships with e-commerce platforms.

pluug.io serves as a marketing tool, driving qualified customers to dispensary e-commerce sites to broaden their visibility and increase sales, without involvement in payments, delivery, or order fulfillment.

pluug.io shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Service due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical outages.

pluug.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it at any time, with or without cause or notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from termination. These Terms will continue to apply to obligations or actions prior to termination.

Your rights to use the Service are personal to you and cannot be transferred or assigned without pluug.io’s prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

pluug.io uses third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze Service usage. These services use cookies and tracking technologies to collect data, helping us improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to such tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including cannabis regulations in your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law, and pluug.io does not promote or facilitate illegal activity. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to Arizona’s conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pluug.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed $100.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

pluug.io may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here and updating the "Effective Date." We may notify you of significant changes via email or the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
